The WOTD-230 is a spacious double wall oven giving you 4.3 Cu. Ft. of capacity in both the upper and lower oven. Both ovens have true convection . This double oven features a concealed baking element. When you open up the door you don't see a live element that you would in most residential ovens. DCS hid the live element under the oven floor, which increases available space and distributes heat more evenly throughout the oven. This provides even cooking. The unique broiler is located under glass. It allows for direct, radiant heat when broiling, cooking your meants more quickly and at a higher temperature than convected heat. And removing your food from the oven has never been easier. Unlike a residential oven where the racks stick as you try to pull them out, the DCS oven racks are on rollers which means that the racks slide out effortlessly so your food will not fall out or off due to jerking of sticky racks.
